Customer Service Representative |
Takara Bio Europe is a customer-oriented organization
offering innovative products for the life science research market all
over Europe. Based in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, west of Paris, we offer
a unique environment with pleasant surroundings and an international,
dynamic team dedicated to serving our customers needs.
As a part of our international customer relations team you will be practicing
your language skills daily by interacting with our European customers.
You will be working closely with marketing, sales and technical support
teams to create a customer friendly environment. We expect that you
are responsible, service-minded and dedicated to provide high quality
service to our customers.
Job description:
- Supporting our customers with their
queries
-
Processing orders
- Generating leads
for our sales team
- Managing
of price lists
- Maintaining customer interaction history in
our Customer Relationship Management software
- Provide back-up to the logistics department
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German and English, French
an advantage
- Knowledge of common Microsoft programs
and ability to quickly learn to master our order
processing and CRM tool
- Good telephone skills
- Organizational skills,
high degree of work responsibility and ability
to get things done
- Flexible and service-minded approach
towards internal and external customers
- Experience
in logistics and import- export documentation will
be useful
